I had to disassemble the entire intake pipe on the Jackson Racing supercharger kit on my Miata to access the broken throttle cable and took the opportunity to replace the original worm gear clamps with these. These T-clamps look better, hold hoses more securely and won't damage the silicone like the originals. The ID sizing is useful, but they appear to be designed for 4-5 ply silicone tubing, and for thinner wall tubing (2-3 plies) you may need to scale them down. 70-78mm will fit my 2 1/2" hoses, but they're thin walled and have a lot of T-bolts when tightening that don't touch the nut. 63-71mm would probably fit me better.
