I like that they have many different services to offer. They also are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers, which makes me feel happy about working with them! There were no problems at all when it came time to order my logo designs from them. Great people who care deeply about providing excellent customer service. Their website was easy enough but not too user friendly - very organized so you can get what your looking for without having to spend much time searching through pages of information trying to find exactly what you're after.
