This faucet was installed in my heated garage. For some reason it stalled after 4 months. I switched the water sources to the faucet, thinking that the hot water running through it might be causing the handle to move, but that didn't help. As a last resort I tried giving it some extra torque with a wrench and the handle broke completely! Now I'm looking for other options.
