I had never heard of a wool needle and thread until I saw a YouTube video of a woman using it to thread a rubber band through a pony bead in her mask while doing the instructions. I don't use elastic, I take ¾ inch strips from a t-shirt and thread them through the pony beads. I usually use fishing line, but this was very clumsy. I'm amazed at how strong these loops are. I thought the loop would break, but it's strong and I've done over 50 double strips with no problems. I'll definitely order more of these.
