Review on Softcat Plc by Brandon Plowden

The support team at softcats are very responsive when you have issues or need assistance with your product! They help get things running asap so that we can continue working without issue - they also offer excellent customer service after hours too which helps me not worry about getting my work done if I don't turn up before bedtime :). Their knowledge of their products isn’t great but it doesn;r really matter for some simple tasks like setting an email address etc because everything works well anyway :) Have used them since our initial trial period ended over 6 years ago now (we had many problems during this time) however recently upgraded from Proximo v5 through to V6 & all has been smooth sailing ever sense then thanks again guys!! We use SCASoftCat Licensing Manager primarily within Microsoft Office 365 environments such as SharePoint.
