The seller was kind when I asked for a tracking number and it came quicker than expected. A superb pot/pan set that won't stick, even without oil. You save a lot of space in the kitchen. I use them for both baking and everyday cooking. Totally oven safe but not over 400F just in case. Only use pots on medium to low heat as they heat up very easily and the hot spot is great for finding the ideal cooking temperature. I don't know what I was doing in the kitchen before I had these pans!
