If you live in an apartment building or where windows are difficult to access. it is God's grace. I live on the 5th floor and the windows open to the outside which makes cleaning very difficult. And every Angeleno knows how dirty the windows can get from the dusty, dirty air. Here is a before and after picture. For reference, my windows have the top half open outwards and the bottom half fixed. I think it's pretty easy to tell which part was deleted. The window was washed in just 5 minutes. And because they were so dirty, there must have been small residual streaks of dirty water here and there. But a microfiber towel on some sort of retractable wand is enough to keep it looking spotless without much effort. You put one piece outside the window and the other inside. A magnet holds the two pieces together, and it comes with a 6-foot lanyard that you attach to your wrist in case you drop it out the window. Once the parts are in place, simply clean the inside of the window while you clean the outside. It is important to completely impregnate the window, otherwise the squeegee may have too much friction and cause it to fall off. Some versions cost more, but this one was only $27 on Revain and I highly recommend it. If you decide to place an order, I would advise you to pay attention to additional spare parts.
