This Eve application tester is very well made. It has everything you need except baby oil which creates smoke. It was packaged very well and arrived very quickly. It comes with a DC power cable that attaches to the battery, a sufficiently long EVAP hose, and a valve opening tool. It also comes with an adapter to connect to the EVAP port. This tester has a very large, easy to read dial. It comes with a hook so you can hang the tester while using it. The outer shell of this tester consists of 10. It feels high quality, not cheap. The tester works great, smokes a lot. You can adjust it with the rotary switch to adjust the flow. This tester is extremely easy to use and there are many tutorials on YouTube for it. This is a very complete set. For the money I think it's great value for money and I can recommend it.
