Clutch is ok but can't imagine without safety chains. called customer service, thought they forgot to pack them, they told me all states don't require them, really stupid because I can't find states that don't require them. Aside from traveling to different states, what are you going to do, stop and install them if you move to a state that requires them. They just want you to buy them separately for big bucks. Good clutch, well packaged, they just have to go to you and turn them on
