My time spent shopping at isnowood was fraught with frustration and disillusionment for me. The quality of the clothes that I was sent was subpar, and it became unwearable after only a few washes. It was nothing but an exercise in futility on my part when I tried to get in touch with their customer care in order to inquire about a refund or exchange. Their phone lines were constantly busy, and they did not respond to any of my emails. My worries had the distinct impression of being entirely disregarded. Isnowood is not a retailer that I would recommend patronizing in general. You should save your money and go for a store that has better quality and service for customers.
