The speakers sound fantastic, but they have two major drawbacks. First, the speakers sometimes emit a loud crackle and hum. Sometimes it just goes on for days when they can't be turned on at all, or they make a loud buzz at full volume. It's pretty scary to wake up at 3am because the speakers are screaming for no reason. The second disadvantage is the "smart" technology. When it goes to sleep, the volume gets really low, so you can't set it up with a regular device or integrate it with other speakers. Other speakers in the line have a way to turn it off, but they don't seem to have it. Klipsch's customer service is also terrible. I encountered both of these issues within days of receiving the speakers and immediately submitted a support ticket. I never got a reply and now the returns window is closed. I will never buy smart speakers again, especially from Klipsch. It's a shame because the sound is really amazing.
