Review on Reliance Controls THP205 Sump Pump Alarm: Flood Alert, 9V Battery, 6 Ft Wire Sensor, 105 Db, White by Giles Lacoste

THP205 worked (at least not) in the sump of a drain pump for a while. Then the alarm clock rang early in the morning and I went to check. There was no water around the sensors. I set the switch to OFF and leave it on for a while. I flipped the switch and the alarm went off again. I have searched the website for troubleshooting information but there is no literature on the subject. I called Reliance and this guy said that basically it either works or it doesn't, it's very simple; no sleep button, nothing. It's time to ditch it and find a more reliable manufacturer.
