I'm disappointed because FedEx always leaves my packages outside.

I'm disappointed because my ex always left my packages outside on the porch instead of taking my packages to my real APT. Where I live, not out on the porch. Keep telling them not to do it and that continues to this day. I need to contact the supervisor. Because it rained all day, I was at work and my package got wet. So why not bring it to my real apartment where I live. And then they sent me a picture of him on my porch and I'm at work and it's been raining all day.
