Random reboots the best in the Computers and accessories category

To give you a quick overview. I run my own IT business and have installed hundreds of hotspots for customers, so I'm well versed in product testing and installation. Brand new AX devices wanted to try and hopefully recommended. I usually use Ubiquiti products but their AX units were on standby until April/May. When I received the devices, they look very nice. plugged in for 48 hours. Devices are randomly rebooted every 4-7 hours. Twice tested POE+ settings and switches. Ubiquiti devices (UAP Nano HD) have worked flawlessly for the past two years with the POE+ switches I have (Ubiquiti, Netgear, ZyXel, OHWOAI switches that have no issues with other devices that require POE+). is working. The new firmware was released on March 11, 2021. Decided that I would give him a whirlwind. No less than 40 minutes later. Boom, they rebooted out of the blue. After reading the manual, I noticed that the same manual lists the "AX Baby" model, the WAX214. These units came out long before the WAX218 models. Many reviews of the WAX214 have shown the same issues I've experienced with random reboots. They also point out that I have confirmed to myself that the part numbers listed on the devices (but not in the manual or any of the part numbers listed on websites) appear to be very similar if not identical to WAP EnGenius AX, like You guessed it also includes reviews of random reboots. Such a shame. Was excited to get them to give them a whirlwind. I've used many Netgear routers and switches over the years for customers or myself and have had no issues with tech support, but since this is a 'brand new' product they shouldn't need to be rebooted outright that often Crate. Since they are still within 30 days of purchase, they will be returned. I'll stick with what I know and wait for new Ubiquiti AX devices to be ordered.
