Cooled my house from 92F to 74F for a standard mobile home after using the product. The ice lasts longer if you use it around the house like I do. I had to use 20 pounds of ice to cool the house for an hour before I could use more. So it's worth using as a temporary AC solution for 1 room cool, but not worth it for the whole house as for ease of use all you have to do is add ice cold water to the ice tank to start the cooling process and follow Manuel's instructions were uncomplicated.
