Great vest - my new review
I use it when I walk my dog and love it. Great fit for me, I am 6 feet 1 inch and weigh 250 lbs and it fits me like a champ. We walk at least 5,000 steps and I can really tell the difference when we finish. I would recommend this vest to anyone that wants to strengthen their legs.
- The ease of customization and use makes it a great tool for home workouts or gyms with limited space or equipment
