Terrible halos are good for me

Does this monitor blow up, horrible ghosting, does the screen look blurry? The black color is nice but it's a VA panel so that's to be expected. Even if I move the cursor on a completely black screen, the cursor turns black, don't know why. Definitely one of the worst monitors I've bought, it'll just be a rarely used vertical second monitor lol.
