Review on 📶 NETGEAR A6200 - Dual Band AC WiFi USB 2.0 Adapter by Andrew Grimes

Seems to work very well, then the connection drops, computer freezes. Every time I restart I have to disconnect and reconnect. I have disabled USB selective standby and disabled the wireless PCI card that came with the computer, but it still disconnects. I use it with NightHawk and Win 7 64 bit. I've been using it on another Win 7 for a year and it works fine - I can't figure out why my last purchase is doing so poorly. Updated December 2, 2014. This product broke my computer. I stopped using it, but I was never able to get the computer back to full functionality, even though I removed the driver and reverted the changes I had made. It was easier to get a new computer than to consider reinstalling the current computer. BE REALLY CAREFUL ABOUT ANY CHANGES THAT NETGEAR REQUESTS TO HOST THIS USELESS HARDWARE.
