I've always had issues with my bike lock getting in the way of riding and/or being uncomfortable removing my bike to lock it. Most of the time I have to unwrap the chain around the wheel - it's not a big deal, but it's a bit of a hassle. This design is very smart. It comes with a clip to attach your bike chain behind the seat, completely out of the way. You push a button to release it from the clamp and lock the bike. When you're done, it snaps back into the clip. There is nothing easier, and I found it very good that I no longer have to think about this problem.
