I bought this sampler for my 17 year old daughter who has decided to stop eating meat. I wanted her to try all the flavors before investing in a larger bottle. Personally, I've tried all flavors and prefer lemon. It's thick, sweet, and syrupy. Tastes good at first, but gets boring quickly. However, this is a small dose (30ml) that can be drunk fairly quickly. Some people prefer to add water - I don't - it just makes it more drinkable. As a (not great tasting) protein supplement, I rate it fairly high as it provides a good amount of protein in a small dose and isn't powdery or grainy like most protein supplements. I would recommend trying this sampler set before investing in larger bottles.
