I like how easy it is to use, as well as having all my customer's info in one place! It can be very confusing trying to figure out where you need to go next or what information needs updating/changing.
There are also some bugs which makes using this system difficult at times (sometimes not loading properly). Make sure your team knows exactly who they want to target for email campaigns before creating an account - there were several people we wanted to reach but couldn't find them when searching through our database. We have been able to update contact details easily within minutes after receiving feedback from new contacts via emails sent by ChurnLy.
