The product was as advertised. It spins at an alarmingly high speed, moving a lot of air for the 12-inch fan. However, after installing the fan I checked the direction of the airflow as you can connect them as a pusher or ejector and sucked in so much air that I couldn't be sure of the direction. Let's just say the lack of a shroud around the fan itself is dangerous. I brought my hand a little closer than I thought and he cut my thumb off the side and I cut my hand and thumb in multiple places with 8-10 stitches and of course breaking the fan in the process. I didn't even have time to test the efficiency of the fan cooling on my little samurai. I just ordered a 14 inch 18214th deral fan with shroud. I hope I don't lose my fingertips!
