I wore a pair of 16oz Triumph gloves where the faux leather started to disintegrate within a month of using it in Krav Maga training (more in one of the gloves than the other which could indicate a manufacturing defect and other people who wear the same brand of gloves didn't seem to have any problems). So I was looking for a pair of gloves that are stronger, made out of real leather or something similar, and if possible not very noticeable. And they don't cost much more than $50. I trusted the reviews for these gloves. When they first arrived I felt the skin wasn't as strong and resilient, dangerously similar to Triumph. However, after a few months of training, the gloves are still pristine (used once or twice a week). They are all black with a logo in a different shade, making them extremely elegant. Velcro strap is durable and comfortable. I am very happy.
