So I got my Hatrigo Ricer. I like it in red. This really is a great quality product. Well made and so easy to clean. First I made an avocado. I used a disc with large holes as I like. Worked very well. I've never used a ripper. It was a lot easier than using a fork. Then I tried cauliflower and broccoli. First I tried a disc with wavy holes and it didn't work very well. Switched to a bigger hole and it got better. I think I could have cooked the cauliflower longer. Then to broccoli. With large holes it worked very well. I mixed them together, added whipped cream, some cream cheese and sprinkled with shredded cheese. Delicious.
