Short life appliance
This product cooks great chicken but the electrical wires get hot and the switch fails. After three months of use, my Pro Rotisserie stopped working due to overheating of the wiring and the rotary switch failed. An email to the company went unanswered. Before purchasing this product, I sent an email to Ronko asking about the device. Unfortunately I bought it before I got a reply 2 1/2 months later. This is the last product I will buy from Ronco!
