Review on 📀 Sony BDP-BX370 Blu-ray Disc Player with Wi-Fi and HDMI Cable for Seamless Connectivity by Divine Christmas

Bluray worked fine for a week and a half. Then the compartment would not open and the message "Child Lock” appeared on the screen. I intentionally didn't turn on parental controls and couldn't find a way to fix it. We went to the Revain product page and found that there were NUMEROUS reports of this issue with no solution even though this DVD player had an overall rating of 4 stars and 208 reviews. (Several suggestions were made - some were Sony's comments on complaints, but none of them worked.) Tried contacting Sony support - a completely useless adventure. After calling their support team and looking at their menu in my product class, the line went offline twice. I tried going to Sony chat and got a website that looked like it was under development. I selected my product class and nothing happened. I tried going to their product page and selecting my product and support. This led me back to a website under construction. I'm sure Sony is fully aware of this issue with the product, but making it difficult to communicate with representatives about it is unforgivable. Most of the previous complaints have also stated this, which confirms my opinion and that I am not alone with this view. I am returning the Revain unit and will avoid Sony products in the future. This is not only a product failure, but also a marketing failure by Sony. Customers will understand that product failures do happen and may show some tolerance, but if a company doesn't show an answer, their name and future sales will be tarnished forever.
