Excellent cooperation with suppliers. Read the instructions carefully. I asked for a replacement when I mistakenly thought there was only one screen protector in a 2 pack. I later found that in addition to a protector enclosed in a protective cover, a second protector was already attached to the mounting frame. The install kit made it easy to install the new screen protector and it competes with the screen protector that I paid more for when I bought the phone. I would buy from this seller again.
