This is a great treadmill. It starts withAll of the tools necessary for assembly and has detailed instructions. It took less that ½ hour to unbox and assemble. Once assembled it is easy to fold and move around for easy storage. It was also simple to download the treadmill app connect it to my wear os watch and start the operation of the treadmill and apps.Once running the treadmill operates smoothly and quietly. The incline is adjustable on the fly making it easy to follow running videos that indicate incline. The app gives feedback on total miles, average heart rate, pulse, o2, steps, others and keeps a history over time. It will display this and more on a wear os watch as a watch app and can keep records on your phone.All in all, this is a great treadmill and great software for tracking and utilizing it for your exercise routines. It is highly recommended.
