This product saved my marble counter when nothing else could! I foolishly used a Scotch Brite sponge (green side) to remove the mark on my marble countertops and I ended up with this massive dull stain that literally everyone who walked into my kitchen noticed! I've bought every bottle of liquid polish on the market (according to advice online) and nothing has removed it permanently (just oil which could cover it up for hours). I gave up completely until I decided to call the countertop manufacturer and they told me that this was the only way to permanently restore the shine. In fact, I rubbed this powder in a circular motion with the provided rag (no buffer needed!) and held it patiently for 20-25 minutes and the haze was gone! It's been over a month and it still shines as does the rest of the counter!
