Review on 🔵 Bosch BS587 Blue Drum Brake Shoe Set for Toyota Camry, RAV4, Solara (1987-2006) - Rear by David Batte

The part may be OK but had to be returned. Specifically, my car was configured as a '98 Camry XLE, and even when given a choice of front disc/rear drum or front and rear disc, I went disc/disc. I took everything off, lubricated and cleaned the rears, put this product on the car and it looks too big with the rear rotor next to it which should contain these shoes and these shoes are too big. This is for rear drum brakes. The Revain check says it was for my car. 98 XLE 3.0 with four drives. Completely inaccurate as they are for 98 2.2L with drum brakes. What a waste of time. Everything was set up on the only warm day in a long time and I had to stop and sort out the return and shipping facility at the UPS store and then go to Autozone and deal with a clerk who pulled out a set of drum kits. Several times I had to explain to the seller that the rear disc brake pads are 3.0, not 2.2 liters. The clerk gets annoyed and eventually finds it on the computer as I repeat the information I've already given him. I want to say that I had to deal with this nonsense because Revain doesn't have an accurate database and vehicle verification tools. This is my first review of Revain and I have been shopping here for years. I see more and more reviews like this about auto parts. It wasn't worth the hassle and delay. I just had to use Rockauto, wait an extra day and pay half the price of Revain or the local store. Here is a gamble with car parts. Some parts were delivered quickly and correctly, but this time everything was bad. This is not for the 98th generation 4 6cyl 3.0. I hope this saves someone the trouble I went through.
