I have used this and will not be returning it but it is difficult to use. I used it on a bathroom sink that my old (looks like) needed a part for and couldn't get it easily. The hose on this one is too stiff and slippery making it difficult to get down the drain even when plugged in and only using hot water. You'd think that using hot water would make it more flexible, and maybe that helps a little, but it's difficult to use most of the time. I have used three different methods to clean this leak, this is one of them. It's much better now, but not entirely clear, and I'm hoping that as the nation's problems get better I can go to a hardware store and fix the one I've been using for years.
