Fairly easy to install, no leaks. I just installed a freestanding bathtub, couldn't imagine doing it without this piece of equipment. Our bathtub is on the second floor and I didn't want to open the ceiling underneath so it was easier to just let it down. You just have to make sure everything is level before you throw the tub. I was a little concerned that it might leak or drip, but not a single drop. I feel overpriced for what it is, but it works.
