I had no problems connecting this product. As I said, it was quickly scanned. There was a problem scanning some darker business cards. Also, I have many business cards that have Chinese characters in some places and then the same information in English. Those cards were clearly a nightmare. It's difficult to see every element of the map for verification, but it's much better and faster than typing it in manually. Within a week of receiving my card scan, my computer was drained so I was given a brand new computer/set up with Windows 7 and Outlook 2010. This device and my Scan Snap desktop scanner do not work with Windows 7, so I returned the card scanner. Now I'm looking for something equally good that will work with my new setup.
