Cutting through 4,500 twisted Janka bamboo trunks is no problem; Produced in Switzerland!

The 5/8" bamboo deck I've used it with outperforms the hardest wood by 4500 Janka (I've had a lot of issues with the brackets bouncing off the wood during installation). quicker (but not fast) and with less effort than other canvases, with nice clean edges.On my cheap jigsaw!Made it a new tool.Even the bamboo worked with the underbody with no problem when I needed to trim some HVAC vent work .No cheap chinese junk here - I could get lost looking at the design, how the blades are cut.Good job Bosch!
