. All right. It's quite small, after 2 portions of bacon it was too full and I had to put some fat in another container. The filter works pretty well, but it's damn slow! It took about 6 minutes to strain the fat off a batch of bacon (this happened both times I used it), not worth the time. The container is absolutely not stiff, if you use some fat and take it too hard it will be on your table as bacon fat doesn't get super hard when it cools. The top is hollow in the shape of a pig's face and lips, making it difficult to remove all the fat when washing, although the material washes well. Quite fine, it's better to use a colander / colander and a mason jar.
