My puppy is a little under 17" chest and tall. The harness is well made, very soft and warm, just how I wanted it. However, the harness is mostly attached with Velcro and has a VERY LIMITED fit. The buckle on the harness doesn't seem to make much of a difference when the velcro on the back comes loose. Even if your dog's measurements are not in the middle of the listed size ranges, the Velcro will not close completely. fastened. If your dog likes to shoot or flee I wouldn't recommend it. I gave 4 stars as this harness fits our dog and he is not into shooting/running.
