Review on Sharpener Kitchen Accessories DEKEAN 2 Stage by Stacey Woodard

This sharpener is amazing. I've spent weeks trying to figure out which pencil sharpener is right for me. I used sharpening rods, steel and now I'm moving towards it. Depending on how much blade I have left on the knife, I first run it through side 1 5-8 times, then the same through side 2. After sharpening on a steel sharpener, the knives come out surprisingly well. I've made blades on some knives that I haven't used in years because they don't cut cheese. It seems really strong and I hope the stones in it last a long time because I'm in the too good to be true phase right now sharpening everyone's knives. I seem to know what I'm going to give people as white elephant gifts this year.
