Suitable for large dough projects
Definitely a good dough mat. It's difficult to lie down without air bubbles underneath, but it usually doesn't matter much. It sticks very well to the countertop and is fairly easy to clean. It is not easy to store without folding, but if you roll it on its side, it can be put in a 24 inch closet without folding.
