The best thing about this program was being able to organize my contact list much more efficiently than I could before! Not only did we get better at contacting people, but their team made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish with no errors or issues along the way! It would be great if they had another option like Google Analytics integrated so one can see where there are drop offs once its setup correctly. But really any problems were quickly addressed by them via email/phone calls. They helped us understand who needed what information most effectively through various reports available. And now those contacts have been organized much better allowing me access to everyone instantly instead of searching each person individually.
