A great product at first glance. It's easy to install and glows nice and bright. Unfortunately, this is a temporary condition. All components appear to be heavily potted with waterproof epoxy, but it's not as waterproof as it should be. Within a few weeks of moderate use in a marine environment, being submerged in water along with a pendant, the LEDs began to dim and go out one by one. Eventually it got to the point where only three LEDs were fully lit, some were dim and others very dim. I replaced them with another brand (and we'll see how they work) and took the opportunity to look closely at the schematics. . I've seen green and white corrosion on most LEDs - a clear sign that salt water has entered the light.
