The price is excellent and the picture is really worthy. I've set up motion detection but haven't had a chance to play with it yet. What's missing is a way to turn it on and off when you're home, unless you're using it as a baby monitor or something. . To get around this, you'll need to buy a $10 Wifi Alexa plug with an Alexa device (e.g. Echo Dot) (I find Meross plugs work really well with Alexa. (1) Set up the plug and connect to Alexa.(Probably name the connector 'Camera') (2) Go to Alexa app / 'Settings' and follow 2 procedures.' and Sub 2, Turn on the camera (Meross connector ) one when you leave "My Location". Now when you leave the house, the camera is on and available in the app, and when you get home it turns off again. And of course you can You can easily turn them on or off with Alexa if you need them for any reason while you're at home just by saying "Alexa, camera on" or "Alexa, camera off."
