Review on Samsung LC24F390FHNXZA: 24" Monitor with FreeSync, 60Hz Refresh Rate, and Eco-Friendly Design by James Jenkins

I bought this monitor for my son who already had one of the exact same model (for over a year) and mentioned he was planning on getting a second one. So I gave him this for Christmas. Now he has three monitors with two Samsungs side by side. I have to admit the picture is fantastic. Super clear and bright. He mainly uses it for gaming but also occasionally works from home and uses it for that. For the price this is a great monitor and better than some of the much more expensive ones. My only downside to this monitor is the use of a custom power cord versus a standard computer cord. I don't know why Samsung chose this route. There aren't many connectivity options either, only VGA and HDMI. No DVI connectors or Displayport, but that's becoming the norm these days, and it's a bit like an old model, but not as old. Just something to keep in mind when looking at this model. It's really a matter of taste when it comes to monitors and TVs, but I've always liked the picture quality of Samsung LCDs of all sizes. This is no exception and I can recommend it with confidence.
