perfect. Couldn't be happier. I have a large loud white that also came with the nano travel version. This one is good, not so much Nano as it (the Costo version at least) only comes with 110V, making it unsuitable for use outside the country. It's good to travel everywhere with it, not only because it works on both 110V and 220V, but because it's very compact; doesn't take up as much space in hand luggage as the Nano. It's also a lot quieter. Fairly strong effect on gums when at max. I use 6/10 on a large white Waterpik and it is almost 80% of the slider on this one. Any waterpik is good anyway. I replaced the dental floss with this one. With so many implants in my mouth, I have my cleaning done every 4 months, not by a dental hygienist but by a periodontist. He can't believe I don't floss and only floss, especially after we started brushing every 6 months for healthy gums. Highly recommended.
