I bought 2 boxes of 4 pieces, everything is fine there, but 4 extensions and 4 bases are missing. I have contacted the seller, 2 different ones and both said to return for a replacement or refund. I have another one that I bought from the Rural King Farm and Fleet store and they look the same, the only difference is that RK has a memory of the last brightness setting he left and she doesn't. Had it come as described with extension cords and lamp base which should have been included and had it had a memory of the last brightness setting I would give it 5 stars.
