Good choice for beginners
The only reason I didn't rate higher is because the handles are poorly made and the needles don't stay in place. When they hit the felt, they go into the grip instead of being held in place. Needles are good for beginners. Bear Creek sells star point needles, which work better with any yarn. This set contains triangular point needles and they do the job well, just leaving more visible holes than Bear Creek needles.
