Review on 🔌 Motive Products 1107 Adapter Solution by Mark Adlesh

I bought this for a 2008 Subaru Outback (base model) and of course it fits. Please follow the instructions on the Motive website: you must line up the tabs and apply very strong pressure before twisting the cap to lock it. I didn't think it would work at first, but the o-ring on the adapter cap is really tight and it might be a good idea to lubricate it with some brake fluid. BTW it comes with a spare o-ring and a small short tube (I don't even know what it's for). I highly recommend that when in doubt as to whether this is the correct adapter, you visit the Motive website and look at the page titled "Adapter Cap Pictures" for confirmation. Finally, my review is before actually using it to bleed the brakes. However, the snug fit of the adapter and the correct brass fitting for the Motive pump (along with the great success of using the pump in the past with a different adapter on a different car) suggest it is working as intended.
