The product is not of high quality which is not surprising considering the price. The surface with holes is not smooth as you would expect on a screen. More importantly, one of the two handles fell off after just a month or two of brief use. The best thing about this colander is its width for large items or wide pots. With just one handle, it doesn't work like a colander. Note that it has no legs. In general, the feet that hold the strainer over the sink are a valuable element in protecting the contents from dirty rinse water.
