The customer service is exceptional. Our team is always eager to help and implement any needed changes or enhancements that we may request. The system itself works well with the current process flow. Our agency is currently going through an expansion period, which has necessitated more people doing things manually. However, this new employee is very impressed with how user friendly and easy to navigate our system is compared to other insurance companies she's worked with in the past. We are now able to get work done faster than before while still maintaining quality control of all submitted data.
