Amazing knife! for cutlery and accessories for knives

ceramic knife looks like a toy. It's light and doesn't feel very sharp. Tried chopping veggies with no problems. Then I took on the more difficult task of slicing open a pork belly. It's amazing I can't believe my eyes. He cuts pork belly like tofu. Even if I cut the pork belly with a big Chinese chef's knife, it's still very hard.
