Nice and bright. Get one if you're kayaking at night so you don't get run over!
I have another similar device, but it does not have LED lamps. The LEDs on this model are very bright and I suspect I'll get better battery life as well. It's easy to remove with a pin if you use it during the day and don't want it on your boat. I installed it on my fishing kayak as I like to fish at night and be seen by other boaters on the lake. In some regions you are required by law to have this on your kayak when going out at night.
- Consumes 90% less energy than an incandescent lamp
- I have no particular complaints about it, everything is fine
